Admissions

We offer services in conjunction with many insurance plans. We can inspect your insurance benefits and clarify the options available to you depending on what treatments are covered by your policy. It’s vital to understand that insurance plans differ from one another and that obtaining authorization from insurance depends on the medical necessity of the treatment. Providing us with information regarding your current medical situation or completing our online application can significantly assist us in assessing your insurance coverage. It is hard to predict what your insurance policy will cover without more information about your situation or history. However, we are committed to doing our best to get the most out of your insurance benefits. Our professional team works hard to facilitate billing and utilization review.

If you want us to confirm your insurance benefits, please fill out the form below. We know insurance coverage may affect your treatment choices, and if we cannot work with your insurance, we will quickly provide you with a referral to another excellent program.

Our admissions process involves an introductory phone call to evaluate the client’s requirements. We’ll figure out the appropriate level of care and placement using a range of assessment tools. We’ll provide you with information about our services and the options available to meet your needs or those of your loved one. The process is uncomplicated and transparent.

We have a Continuum of Care that provides exceptional healthcare options for individuals and their loved ones. If our programs are not suitable for your situation, we can provide professional referrals to ensure you receive the best care possible. Please contact us by phone or online inquiry form to schedule a call. We acknowledge the distressing situation that you or your loved one might be going through and we are eager to assist. Please note that all admissions necessitate an evaluation by our clinical team before approval, and in certain cases, a medical assessment might be required.

When you come, please remember to bring your own clothes and toiletries. All of our locations have pots and pans, cooking utensils, and a washer and dryer available for you to use. When you are admitted, we will provide you with bedding, towels, and a pillow. However, please note that you will need to purchase or bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry detergent.

When you arrive at New Perspective Recovery, a staff member will welcome you and explain our basic policies and procedures. Typically, on the first weekday after your arrival, you will undergo a thorough biopsychosocial(BPS) assessment. This assessment will assist your primary therapist in designing a personalized treatment plan for you.
